On a cold winter’s day, residents and guests relax and rejuvenate in this warm tranquil space located within the Original Patricia Place building. The glass ceiling provides natural light beaming in bringing a little piece of the outdoors to an indoor space. The indoor water feature brings a soothing ambiance that removes the everyday stresses of your day. Indoor water features also have many health benefits. They act as a natural humidifier and add moisture to the room decreasing health issues for many. It also improves indoor air quality and produces negative ions which attract dust and other irritants and remove it from the air.

Skip the gym membership fees! Patricia Place Residents living in the Original building, the Centre, and West Buildings can utilize one of our 3 separate 24-hour fitness centers exclusively for residents, equipped with weights, Bow Flex, Elliptical, Treadmill, pull-up bar, yoga balls, mirrors, TV/DVD & workout videos located in the Original Patricia Place Building.

Residents may enjoy our complimentary high-speed internet wired to each individual unit. Service is provided through Consolidated Communications. Water, sewer, and garbage are also included in the rent.
Access Control
Secure building entry. Your safety is our priority. Our building is perpetually locked to ensure no unwanted visitors can make their way inside. Residents need only to swipe their access card to unlock the door.
Parking Garage
All buildings feature underground gated parking included in the rent. Patricia Place West and Centre have assigned parking spaces, The Original building and the North building are first come first served.
